My name is Ten and a decade of coaching movement along with my Exercise Science degree never prepared me for my next greatest adventure: helping others with  their posture.

The truth I discovered while working with individuals stuck with long term poor posture is that it’s not always so simple. 

Something crucial left out: your lower body posture affects your upper body, which then impacts your neck. Most exercises, stretches, or routines to improve posture fail because they only target a single cog in the machine instead of addressing the whole picture. To create lasting change, we need to address each of these areas in the right order.

How can you coach posture over Zoom? Don’t you need to touch me?

Actually, remote coaching is often more effective. Using high-resolution video and on-screen drawing tools, I provide Visual Feedback that you can’t get in person. You see exactly where your alignment breaks on your own screen, which helps the "click" happen faster in your brain.
